What is a SVR test?

Congratulations on treating your hep C!

12 weeks after you're done treatment, you'll have another blood test done to check treatment worked as expected. This is called a SVR or SVR12 test.

SVR stands for "sustained virologic response" - better known as cure! When we're cured, we can no longer pass hep C to others.

A peer can remind you when it's time to have your blood test done.
