In the first quarter of 2020 Trailhead Institute is undergoing our 2020-2023 strategic planning process. Your input on this survey will provide us with important information on the field of public health and the role we can play to support the field in Colorado. 

As a public health institute that serves Colorado and the Rocky Mountain West, Trailhead infuses strategy, creativity, and innovation into the field of public health by building diverse partnerships, by serving as a nimble and neutral space for incubation, and by scaling up public health action across Colorado. 

At Trailhead, it is our desire to build our capacity as a public health institute specifically within the competencies of public health institutes which are 1) population-based health program delivery; 2) fiscal and administrative management; 3) collaborative and entrepreneurial leadership; 4) training and technical assistance; 5) research and evaluation; public health policy; 6) health informatics; 7) health communications and 8) social marketing.
