The State of Indiana's Pulse Survey measures employee engagement and employees are asked about the following areas of engagement:
- Growth & Potential “Can I grow here?”
- Teamwork & Belonging “Do I belong here?”
- Individual Needs & Contributions “What do I give?”
- Basic Needs “What do I get?”
- Career Longevity "Can I see myself staying here?"
The Pulse Employee Survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete, every question requires a response, and your responses are confidential. After selecting your agency, you may be prompted with additional questions that have been provided by your agency leadership, which may take additional time to complete.
To best measure employee engagement of all employees, the State of Indiana's Pulse Survey includes demographic questions which allows for the inclusion and representation of all intersecting identities.
