The City of Windsor is replacing several playgrounds as part of the approved Playground Replacement Program. Your feedback will help shape the design, features, and play experiences at these playgrounds. Please share your thoughts to help guide the upcoming playground improvements.

The information on this form is collected under the authority of section 10 of the Municipal Act, 2001, and is subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The community feedback collected through this survey will be used to help guide the planning and design of playgrounds in City parks.
