Either Academy teams are traveling to Northeast Qualifier in Philadelphia, PA and Gaylord, MD. 15 Crystal is staying at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, MD. The hotel will charge a non-refundable, 1-night room and tax deposit on or after March 14, 2019. All other teams (17D, 17Ca, 17Ct, 16D, 16C) will be staying at the Home2Suites by Hilton Philadelphia. Hotel check-in for both locations is Thursday, Apr. 18th. 

Wrist bands will be provided for coaches and players. Be sure to include names of all guests on the rooming list. Consult NEQ's website for wrist band information.

Team Codes: Please book your room by Dec. 5th at 12 noon, the hotel does not charge a deposit upon booking.
Hotel will only charge a one night room and tax non-refundable deposit after Dec. 18, 2018 for those at the Gaylord National Resort.

Team-travel Teams: Players and coaches will be booked by the club. There will be extra rooms for parents on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rooms for Gaylord National are $172/night plus tax; valet parking is $45/night or $15/day self. Rooms for Home2 Suites are $154/night plus tax; self parking is $43/night.
