Introduction

Every company that submits a completed survey will receive a digital copy of the final report. If your submission is received by March 20th, you will be entered in a drawing for a $250 gift card.

Survey responses will be collected and maintained by Bronswick Benjamin PC. NSCA will receive results only in aggregate form, and individual responses will remain confidential and anonymous.

The link provided will bring you back to where you left off or will take you to the beginning of the survey if you had formerly completed it.

Official Rules for Gift Card Drawing:

Entry forms will be drawn at random from all submitted entries. It is not necessary to complete the survey to enter the drawing. The prize is not transferable. NSCA and contracted parties assisting with this survey are not liable or responsible for: (a) drawing disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond their control; or (b) any typographical errors associated with this drawing. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. The winner is responsible for payment of all applicable income taxes. The drawing is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. NSCA staff members, NSCA vendors, and their family members are not eligible. Winners will be notified by phone. The drawing will be held by June 30th, 2026, by NSCA. By participating in this drawing, all entrants agree to be bound by the rules and decisions of the NSCA, which shall be final.
