**IMPORTANT -
• Registration requires vendors to complete an application; no payment is needed at this time.
• THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU A SPOT at our event.
• Vendors will be chosen on a first come, first serve basis, and based on need.
• If a vendor is accepted, the vendor will be INVOICED to hold their spot within a few days after submitting their application. This is your notification that you were accepted.
• INVOICES WILL NOT GO OUT UNTIL THE END OF JULY!!
• Vendors not accepted will be emailed a notification.
• Invoices are due upon receipt or the vendor's reservation will be cancelled.
• If a reservation is cancelled, the vendor will need to complete another application. No exceptions.

**If you arrive at the event selling items that were not listed, you may be asked to remove those items. It is important that you let us know what you will be bringing. This is especially true for popular items, such as, jewelry, wreaths, candles, direct sales, baked goods, tumblers, t-shirts, totes, makeup, soaps

* 8. I understand that this is a free family event; and the purpose for this event is to Celebrate our freedom from cosmetology and help promote natural hair artist all from over.

* 9. Please read and acknowledge and agree:

• I understand instructions for the event will be emailed by the Wednesday before the event. This email will include unloading instructions. It is my responsibility to read and understand event procedures and instructions before the event day.

• I will contact Wesley if I have not received the event information by Thursday the week before the event.

• I will comply with mandatory unloading and set up times and procedures as stated in the email.

• I will be cautious and courteous of other vendors who are unloading at the same time as me. I will not block traffic. I will pull my vehicle over leaving enough room for other vendors to move around me.

• I will unload first, and then quickly remove my vehicle from the unloading area to allow other vendors to have a turn.

• I will not park in any parking spaces to unload my vehicle. I will follow the unloading directions according to the map.

• I will be set up and ready for business by 15 minutes prior to event start time.

• I will stay the entire vendor event time and will not begin taking down until the event end time.

• I will clean my vendor area and dispose of any trash before leaving. I understand I am responsible for my own trash and will dispose of my trash in the appropriate trash cans.

• Vendors are responsible for the safety of others on site, including any damages or injuries incurred as a result of negligence.

• I agree to work in a respectful and courteous manner with other vendors, customers, and vendor event organizers. I will discuss concerns privately with Wesley.

• Friends/family members helping me on the day of the event must abide by all of the above.

• If I need to cancel the event, I understand it is my responsibility to contact Wesley in a timely manner. Vendors canceling 48+ hours before the event may receive a refund. Refunds must be requested by the vendor via email within 24 hours of the cancellation. Vendors canceling less than 48 hours before the event will forfeit my vendor registration fee. I will email all cancellations and refund requests to chaessweetestthings@gmail.com.

• I understand that if I am a "no-show" on the day of the event with no communication to Wesley, I will forfeit my vendor registration fee.

• I understand that failure to comply with policies and procedures may forfeit any future involvement with our events.

PAYMENT
INVOICES WILL GO OUT AT THE END OF THE MONTH OF JULY!!!

Please allow up to 3-5 days for your invoice. INVOICES ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT!

**If you do not receive an invoice from us within 5 days, your registration will be placed on a waitlist. We will contact you via email if you were not accepted.

• A copy of this application will be emailed to you after submission.

• Invoices will be sent to this email.

• All communication will be sent through this email.

• Vendor placement and unloading/loading instructions will be emailed to you no later than Wednesday prior to the event.
