* 5. It is our pleasure to make such valued events available at no cost to the business community and partners. Because there is so much that goes into making these events successful, we only ask a few things in return. Please check each box to affirm your commitment.

There is no fee to participate in the Job Fair

You will receive a hard and soft copy of the job candidates registered to participate after the job fair.

Set up for Job Fair may begin as early as 11:00am and must be completed by 12:45pm.

Light snacks and bottled water will be provided by Tri-Parish Works.

Table breakdown will not begin until after 4:00pm, NO EXCEPTIONS. Early departures may not be invited to future Job Fairs

Employers will receive an 8 ft. table and two chairs. Please bring a table covering.

Wifi will be available, but electrical will not be available.

Additional details of the logistics will be sent to the contact listed on the registration the week before the job fair.
