Important Information regarding our event:
  • Electricity is not provided.
  • Set Up Begins at 10:00 AM
  • Please bring all necessary equipment (Table, Chairs, etc.)
  • The event starts at 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
  • You will be responsible for bringing your candy for your company's use during the event.
  • Handouts and other swag items are allowed.
  • Activities are welcome but must remain in your assigned area(s).
  • You are responsible for assuring your area is clear of debris or trash before leaving.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
  • For safety reasons, must stay for duration of the event.
  • As a food truck vendor: please reply with these additional requirements:
