The Sulphur Springs Union School District (SSUSD) is asking families to share their thoughts and opinions on the District’s response to COVID-19. This feedback will help us achieve our number one goal of keeping our students safe while ensuring that our students continue to receive the best education.

This short, 10-minute survey, is intended to be completed by families to assist the District on the next steps for re-opening our schools in response to COVID-19.
