A single council for Hawke’s Bay, bringing together all regional and local functions into one organisation.

OPTION B: Two Hawke’s Bay Councils
A northern council and a southern council, bringing together regional and local functions in each.  *
*This option would require changes to current council boundaries and agreement between the councils involved.

OPTION C: Let the Government decide 
Keep the current councils and wait for any future Government-led changes.
