The importance of our organization's role in the life and vibrancy of Chimney Rock Village cannot be overstated.

Because the residential population is small, and the municipal budget is limited, Chimney Rock Village can only thrive through the interdependency and collaboration between the CDA, local government, Village and residential supporters.  
The primary purpose of the Chimney Rock Village Community Development Association is to promote the Village as a distinct destination and experience within Rutherford County. In addition to promoting the Village and our Village businesses, we are advocates for our local residents who have a deep interest in supporting the Village in the way of beautification efforts, community gatherings, and having a voice in long-range planning efforts. The CDA is the best way to ensure your voice is heard on these matters.
Annual supporter dues are $20 per household.
