ARTS AND CULTURE SURVEY

Arts and Culture Roundtable is a volunteer group of leaders representing local arts organizations, working artists and arts educators.
We are tasked by the City of Thousand Oaks to discuss issues, challenges, and collaborative opportunities in the community.
We act as an advisory body to the City Council by providing feedback on artistic and cultural activity within the community.

Please help us assess the state of the arts in Thousand Oaks. All answers will remain confidential. Survey deadline is June 1, 2022.
