Your response is valuable to us.

OCHN (formerly Oakland County Community Mental Health Authority) provides, through contracting with other agencies and directly, provides services for Oakland County residents that have an intellectual / developmental disability, mental illness, or substance use disorder, as well as children with serious emotional disturbance.
In order to offer the most valuable, evidenced based and trauma informed services, each year OCHN issues a survey seeking input to help draft its upcoming Annual Plan and Budget. This survey is sent to people receiving services; family members and advocates; community agencies and their staff; and is posted on OCHN's website. Data is also gathered from other venues such as town hall meetings or visits to community service sites.

OCHN’s Annual Plan and Budget includes numerous Goals and Objectives designed to assist people who receive public mental health services in attaining their life aspirations. Your support of  this important planning process by completing OCHN's FY18 Service Delivery Feedback survey is greatly appreciated.

A community forum to discuss the FY18 plan and survey results is scheduled from 4 - 6 p.m. at OCHN at 2011 Executive Hills Blvd. on Tuesday, August 29, 2017.
