URGENT! The Tennessee Conservative is compiling survey data to send to Republican members of the Senate & House Health Committees & Subcommittees in advance of the Covid-19 Special Session. Please complete this short, simple survey so we may help our lawmakers understand the viewpoints of Conservatives in Tennessee.  
1.Should Tennesseans who have religious, moral or medical objections to vaccination lose their jobs?(Required.)
2.Should masking or vaccination be required for consuming goods and services in the state of Tennessee?(Required.)
3.Should children or adults who are not exhibiting symptoms of an illness be required miss school or work due to a 10-day quarantine period? (Required.)
