Tribal Nations Initiative Survey
Greetings!
Each year less than half of 1% of all philanthropic funding from foundations benefits Native communities and causes.
Native Americans in Philanthropy (NAP) wants to understand the current funding priorities, challenges, and needs of Native nations and communities so that we may offer more tailored supports and better connect the philanthropy sector to Native communities for the benefit of Native and Indigenous peoples.
This survey should take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers. We would appreciate your response today.
Survey data will be used by NAP to improve the delivery and effectiveness of its Tribal Nations Initiative. You will not be identified in survey findings or reporting. Any results that are shared will be presented in the aggregate for all Native nations and communities or by region.
Survey findings will be compiled into a report that will be broadly shared with diverse audiences, including NAP membership, philanthropic foundations, and Native communities and nations. Only the NAP survey research team will have access to the raw survey data.
Thank you for your time and insights!
