Please review the policies for Unleashed's 2021 Spring Fling. We just want to make sure everyone is on the same page as each other. As soon as this is filled out and signed, we will begin to promote you!

Unleashed's 8th Annual Spring Fling

Heritage Circle at NC State Fairgrounds

Question Title

* 1. Animals: Our group has read and agrees to the following:

We accept full responsibility for all animals in our care and for all volunteers taking part in the event

We will keep pets on leash or in a crate/pen throughout the entire event

We understand that on-site adoptions are prohibited

* 2. Setup / Breakdown: Our group has read and agrees to the following:

We will be set up by 10:45am (cars removed by 10:30am)

We will not break down until 3pm (unless directed by Unleashed staff)

Unleashed will mark out 10x10 space and we will provide our own tent/tables/chairs/etc.

The event is rain or shine!
