The Tennessee Pharmacists Association (TPA) is requesting information regarding the current state of the TennCare Pharmacy Program. The Tennessee Pharmacists Association (TPA) has received numerous calls regarding the TennCare Pharmacy Program since June 1, 2013, when Magellan Health became the Pharmacy Benefit Administrator for the program. TPA has had ongoing conversations with pharmacists employed by the TennCare Bureau to guide and oversee the program regarding issues and concerns brought to our attention.
TPA is conducting the survey based on concerns brought to TPA's attention to gather information regarding current operations and to identify areas of ongoing concern and problems. TPA would lalso like to hear about any suggestions for improvements in program operation.
