PCNSW Conference Scholarship Application

PCNSW Biennial State Conference 2022

We are very pleased to announce that with the support of the NSW Ministry of Health, Palliative Care NSW is offering 40 scholarships to nurses and allied health staff to cover the full cost (standard rate) of their conference registration. Please complete the following application form to be considered for these scholarships.
