PRESENTER AGREEMENT - If my session is accepted I agree to the following:
I will adhere to the deadlines set regarding my presentation.
Failure to meet the established schedule and deadlines will lead to cancellation of the session by the committee due to failure to meet agreed performance requirements.
I will stay in contact with my assigned Coordinator if my session is accepted.
I will provide a succinct PowerPoint and talking points, which includes an executive summary, for my presentation.
I will meet with my panelists via Zoom or phone prior to the Seminar to run through our presentation.
I will receive permission to use copyrighted materials (photos, images, videos, music, etc.)
I understand that my session will be recorded and provided to attendees.
I understand that I am responsible for my own travel and seminar-related expenses.
I understand that this program is for professional development, and agree to not use my presentation for sales or promotional purposes.
