Utah Communities of Engagement Survey

The Lt. Governor's Commission on Service and Volunteerism, UServeUtah, is the state's coordinating body for volunteerism. Our mission is to strengthen and unify Utah communities through National Service, volunteerism, and broader community engagement. The Commission is responsible to for developing, implementing, and sustaining a vision and culture of National Service and community engagement in the state. 

We have designed this survey to understand the landscape of volunteerism and community engagement in Utah municipalities. Your response is extremely valuable. The data gathered from respondents will determine how UServeUtah develops resources and training for municipalities and volunteers.  

At the end of the survey, you will have have the opportunity to indicate if you would like your municipality to be considered as a 2020 Utah Community of Engagement. If you choose to opt into this opportunity, you will receive a follow up email requesting a few additional items of information.
