We are delighted that you are interested in joining our Meetings Show Midsummer Reception at Sabine Holborn - London Wednesday, 24th June 2026 from 7:30 - 10:00pm.

Confirmation of your attendance will be at the discretion of the hosts.

Whether you're travelling home later that evening or staying overnight in London, we'd be delighted if you could join us for an informal opportunity to unwind, enjoy some hospitality and catch up with industry colleagues.
There is no formal programme – simply good food, drinks and conversation in a relaxed setting.
Coaches will be available from The Meetings Show to transport guests staying at the Aloft London Excel directly to the venue at 7:00pm.
