Rising real estate costs continue to impact non-profit organizations' ability to deliver services and programs to their communities.

Vantage Point’s ‘2024 State of BC’s Non-Profit Sector' report shows that 43% of non-profits saw their office space expenses increase, while 46% saw their programming space expenses increase.

Vancity Community Foundation is looking to better understand how the current real estate climate is affecting non-profits, and what they require for their office, programming, meeting, and event spaces.
