30th Annual GWSCPA Nonprofit Symposium Deadline: April 20, 2018
Over many years and with the support of many volunteer members, the GWSCPA has built one of the most highly regarded nonprofit educational programs in the country, and our evaluations consistently reflect the value our attendees find in our relevant and timely topics. Our expert speakers represent varied experiences in the nonprofit accounting, tax and financial management arenas and are both knowledge leaders and skilled presenters, able to effectively engage a large audience. For our upcoming 2018 Nonprofit Symposium, we are now seeking submissions of proposed sessions.
All submissions must be received electronically and will be considered by the GWSCPA Nonprofit Symposium Planning Committee, which is led by GWSCPA members. Selected speakers will be notified by June 15, 2018. The conference is scheduled for November 27 - 29, 2018, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. We are anticipating 800 attendees.
Please note that all information must be completed and should be as detailed as possible for an adequate review of your proposal. Please include as much detail as possible—we understand that your presentation itself may still be in draft form. Please review the FAQ before you submit, which contains important information about what topics and presentation formats are most welcome at this year’s event. Contact Kari Bedell at kbedell@gwscpa.org if you have additional questions.
