Mentoring programme at the 42nd IAHR World Congress in Bari, Italy

Dear Congress participant,

We kindly invite you to be part of the 42nd IAHR World Congress Mentoring Program.

In the mentoring program we want to bring more experienced Congress participants together with newer participants. The contents of the mentoring are between the mentor and the mentee and could be around career advice, publications, making the most out of congress participation or any topic that you find fruitful.

Both parties commit to meeting up for one lunch break or two coffee breaks during the Congress. You are free to already arrange a short call between mentor and mentee before the Congress to discuss how this process can be most beneficial for both. There is no commitment for any more permanent mentoring after the Congress but you are free to stay in contact.

If you are an experienced scientist or engineer and have been involved in IAHR for some time, we would like to invite you to register as a mentor to support our younger and newer congress participants.

If you are a young scientist/engineer or you are new to IAHR and the Congresses we invite you to register as a mentee.

Please register by 31 December, 2026!
