Volunteers needed for PNNC Draft Test

Currently calling for volunteers to steward our upcoming PNNC Draft Test in Champoeg State Park near Newburg Oregon May 21 & 22 2022.

No experience is necessary! It’s a wonderful way to learn, a lot of fun and you get to see what all the excitement is about .
Join us for one day or both days . We would love to have you there.

Assistant chief steward

Assistant Secretary (Update score board and assist as needed)

Grounds set up

Grounds tear down

Basic Control (Take leashes, line up next entrant and help monitor long down)

Harness and Hitching (move harness and cart into test area/ weigh any freight weight that is not labeled)

Maneuvering course (Adjust narrows, replace equipment that gets moved or knocked over)

Out of sight stay (Lead entrants out of sight for group stay)

Lead stewards (Lead the way in freight haul)

Freight Haul stewards (Follow dog and handler team, 1 steward per team)
