Survey instructions
Due Dates: This survey opens Monday, September 14, 2026. Since survey questions cover a broad range of topic areas that may require coordination, municipalities are encouraged to begin filling out the survey as soon as possible.
Due Dates: This survey opens Monday, September 14, 2026. Since survey questions cover a broad range of topic areas that may require coordination, municipalities are encouraged to begin filling out the survey as soon as possible.
Coordination: This survey may require input from more than one staff member or department. To ensure timely and accurate responses, CMAP recommends that one municipal staff member serves as a “Survey Shepherd” by collecting information from various sources as necessary to complete the survey. Municipalities may also find it helpful to convene relevant staff to complete the survey together.
Saving responses: If you close the survey, it will resume on the last page you were on. However, answers will not be saved until you click "NEXT" at the bottom of the page. If you are unsure of answering a certain question, you may skip over the question to revisit at a later time prior to submitting the survey.
