About our survey

You are being asked to complete this survey as you or someone you care for has recently been working with adult social care at Kingston Council following a concern about your or their safety.

If you are unsure about what safeguarding is, more information can be found here.

Your voice could inform future provisions to help 'Safeguard Adults at Risk'. Kingston Council are keen to learn about your experience of the safeguarding service in Kingston and have asked Healthwatch Kingston to collect independent feedback. An anonymised report of our findings will be shared with local providers, commissioners and decision makers.

We want to know how you feel about your whole safeguarding journey, from the point someone raised a concern through to a resolution to keep you or someone you care for safe.
