Introduction and Purpose of this Questionnaire

We need your assistance in order to develop a preliminary agenda, shape the sessions, and confirm speakers. Before responding to this questionnaire, it may be helpful to review the list of potential session descriptions that was attached to the email about the questionnaire.

The questionnaire will guide you through each session description and ask you two questions, please respond to those questions for each session as your detailed comments help us understand what you want to gain from the session and develop the content to best meet those needs. At the end of the questionnaire you will be asked to identify the three sessions of most importance to you and your program. Also, new this year we have a separate roundtable topic section and you need to select your top three topics.
