Purpose of the Study:
You are invited to take part in a short anonymous survey conducted by Thomas Jefferson University and the National Spine Health Foundation (NSHF). The goal of this survey is to better understand pillow habits and identify trends in pillow use among people with and without neck (cervical) symptoms.

Voluntary Participation:
Your participation is completely voluntary. You may choose not to answer any question and can stop the survey at any time by closing your browser.

Confidentiality:
This survey is anonymous. No personal information (such as your name, email, or IP address) will be collected, and your responses will only be reported in aggregate.

Use of Data:
By clicking “Submit” at the end of the survey, you acknowledge that your anonymous responses may be used by NSHF and Jefferson for research, educational, and publication purposes.

Risks/Benefits:
There are no anticipated risks beyond those of daily life. While you may not receive direct benefit, your participation may help researchers and clinicians better understand pillow use and its relationship to neck health.
