The Lanark Patients Action Group is asking the local community in Lanark to provide their feedback on how they have found their GP services in the Town of Lanark.

The aim of this survey is to shed light on the challenges patients are facing accessing Primary Care Services via their GP Practice in Lanark, and demonstrate the extent of the issues.
