Thank you for your interest in supporting people living with hoarding behaviours in Tasmania.
We'd like to know more about what you think and need to support Tasmanians living with hoarding behaviours. So this form asks about:
- your interest in being part of a regional network, and what you would want from that
- some information about you
If you complete the whole form, is likely to take 4 to 5 minutes.
You can exit the survey at any time by pressing the Exit tab in the top right hand corner of each page. Once you have exited the survey, you will not be able to go back to change your responses.
