Sustainability has become a hot topic in recent years. In the face of increasingly scarce resources, climate change and shifting consumer preferences, organizations are radically rethinking the way they conduct their business.
This survey attempts to cover two core dimensions of sustainability: the environmental (planet) and social (people) responsibility in the business environment.
More specifically, this survey aims to better understand (1) how employees perceive their employer in terms of taking environmental and social responsibility and (2) to which extent this meets their expectations.
