Welcome

Thank you for your interest in being part of this survey.

Soil acidity is a serious land degradation issue that affects soil and plant health.

A recent analysis of data found a gap in community knowledge of the extent and severity of soil acidity on non-commercial and semi-commercial land in the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges region.

Your participation will help fill this gap in knowledge, and may help us discover new questions that need to be studied.

All survey responses are anonymous. Names and contact details will only be provided by those who choose to do so, and will only be used to allow:

- respondents to enter a draw for a $250 agricultural/environmental store voucher of their choice
- respondents to register for information about potential free soil testing
- a follow-up survey in 2023, funding permitting.

Respondents who complete the survey are eligible to go into a draw to win one of two $250 vouchers to a farm supplies store of their choice.

You can also send your contact details to a Natural Resources officer if you are interested in potential free soil testing on your property.

A follow-up survey may be sent to respondents in 2023.

This project is supported by the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges Natural Resources Management Board, through funding from the Australian Government’s National Landcare Program.
