On Monday, January 27, 2025, the Office of Budget and Management (OMB) paused funding to all federal financial assistance programs. The stated goal is to review agency programs to determine whether they are consistent with the President's policies and executive orders.

The pause has the potential to cause devastating and widespread harm to Connecticut residents. We are asking for information about how a sudden loss of federal funding will affect your programs, your staff, and the people you serve. Where this survey asks for numbers, please respond to the following with your best annual estimate, and please label any areas where you are a subrecipient of funding.

Feel free to reach out to Katherine Whitney (kwhitney@cceh.org) with any questions.

Please submit your responses no later than Friday, February 7th by close of business. Thank you!
