We are considering changes to our class a schedule for late fall and winter/spring. We appreciate your feedback.

Prenatal Yoga
This all-levels class helps expecting moms cultivate the flexibility, concentration and strength needed during the transformative time of pregnancy and childbirth.  Mothers the enjoy community of others while we practice modified yoga postures, breath work, vocal toning, meditation, and relaxation. No previous yoga experience necessary.

We currently hold classes in the following locations near Eastern Market and in NE DC:
  • 6 pm Wednesday, 9:30 am Saturday @ Realignment Studio (641 Pennsylvania Ave SE)
  • 7:30 pm Tuesday @ Shenanigans Art Space (316 F Street NE)
