End of Life and Empowerment

Pre-Registration

Thank you for your interest in the End of Life Planning and Empowerment Series. This free eight-week series is for adults 50+ who reside in Bernalillo County. Preference will be given to individuals 60+. Persons who register must commit to all classes in the series. Seating is limited to 25 persons per series. Classes are reserved for new participants only. Individuals who've attended a previous series offered by Bernalillo County PROS-Senior and Social Services will be put on a waiting list if seating is available. New participants will receive a workbook for this series. An email confirmation will be sent to registrants. Individuals may be placed on a waiting list if we receive cancellations for the date selected.
