Blue Ridge Property Owners Association 2021 Survey

The BRPOA is asking for your opinion about our community.  Your opinion counts!
Responses from the 2020 survey helped us  improve the main marina design when it was rebuilt, adding tie ups for non-powered watercraft, and rehabilitating the breakwater.  Members voted 4 to 1 not to replace the roof over the pavilion, saving over $15,000.  Dam integrity is the number 1 priority for the majority of our members, for which we continue to build our reserves.
Your board listened to many comments on dues and fees and reduced the BRPOA budget by $8,000 overall for 2021.  Speeding is also a significant concern for many.  A radar speed sign has been purchased to slow traffic and obtain data on high-speed areas.  Thank you for the strong survey participation, a record 65% of all members answered the survey for 2020.
