AB 2180 (Ward)

ACWA is sponsoring AB 2180 (Ward, D-San Diego), which would clarify how water agencies calculate proportionality when setting water rates, provide predictability for water agencies and ratepayers in the adoption and administration of water rates, and minimize the potential for legal disputes over water rates moving forward.
