We’ve had a lot of changes in the last several months and we’d like to build a program that we’re working as one team.

We’ve had management training programs in the past, but for one reason or another, they never quite worked out the way we planned.

We’ve had guest service programs in the past, but they petered out after six months. Let’s make this one be the last one!

We’re interested in working more productively between our gaming operations, other enterprises and the Tribal Council.

We want to develop a more defined career path for our Tribal members.
