Please only complete the questionnaire if you treat at least 20 patients with brain tumors each year, and have at least 2 years of experience.
Below is a list of symptoms and issues related to daily functioning and quality of life that patients with brain tumors sometimes report. Please rate the relevance of the symptoms and issues to the situation of patients with brain tumors based on your professional experience. Answer all of the questions yourself by selecting the answer option that best applies to the situation of patients. There are no ‘’right’’ or ‘’wrong’’ answers. The information that you provide will remain strictly confidential.
Rate the relevance (i.e. frequency of occurence) of the issues addressed in the questionnaire on a 4-point scale:
0. Not at all relevant
1. A little bit relevant
2. Quite a bit relevant
3. Very relevant
Most likely there will be questions that do not apply to the situation of most patients. The reason we have included all these questions is that we want to find out if there is anything that we do not yet know about and that we do not normally ask about.
If a question does not apply to the situation of patients, you can answer the question with ‘Not at all relevant’.
If you do not know whether a question is relevant for the situation of patients, you can also answer the question with 'Not at all relevant'.
Some of the questions include examples. These are just examples and the question can still be relevant to patients if one or even all of the examples do not apply to their situation.
This is quite an extensive questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 148 questions, divided over 17 steps. In addition, we ask for some personal information, including your age, gender and professional experience. Please take your time to fill in all of the questions. You do not have to answer all the questions at once and can complete the questionnaire later using the same link on the same device. Your answers will be automatically saved. The completion time is approximately 10-20 minutes.
