2020 and 2021 have been years of seismic global changes – affecting all facets of energy companies’ supply chains, logistics and procurement functions. 

The nimble, adaptable and innovative have been able to navigate the ‘treacherous waters’ and position themselves for future growth.

Heads of supply chains and related business units are dealing with three key challenges and opportunities–

and ensuring future plans incorporate expansive and measured responses to each are key to success.

The Energy Conference Network is conducting an industry survey, and will release the results in a report in conjunction with its 7th annual Energy Supply Chain and Procurement Summit on November 8 and 9.
