This anonymous survey will be used to help politicians and healthcare administrators understand the importance of nurse coordinator rolls in the high risk setting of prenatal care and ideally present the importance of allocating funding to those rolls. 2.During your pregnancy were you under the care of a high risk obstetrician (sometimes referred to as Maternal Fetal Health or Maternal Fetal Medicine) in conjunction with your regular OBGYN office?(Required.)
3.If you did receive additional care from a high risk OBGYN, was there a person such as a nurse coordinator or care coordinator that handled your case and worked with you directly?(Required.)
