The Office of the Federal Ombudsman for Victims of Crime is inviting you to participate in a short survey. Your input will help inform a report we are preparing examining the impact of the Canadian Victims Bill of Rights (CVBR) since it was passed in 2015.

This survey is anonymous and will help to shape our Progress Report on the first five years of the Canadian Victims Bill of Rights. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You will be asked questions about your experiences with the criminal justice system in Canada. By sharing your story with us, we hope to better understand experiences of victims, and make recommendations to improve the CVBR.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
