Montserrat Citizen Engagement Survey

The Institute on Governance and Global Perspective Inc. are consultants that have been commissioned by the Government of Montserrat to undertake a review of their organizational processes. As part of this review, we are soliciting the perspectives on the Government of Montserrat’s service delivery performance. This survey is designed to provide an opportunity for you to express the strengths, weaknesses, and challenges you experience when seeking government services.
