Provider Survey: Projected Impact of Proposed Medicaid Access Rule and 80/20 Threshold Requirement

This 12 question survey is designed to ask providers of Medicaid-funded personal care/home care services certain questions in order to assess impacts of a proposed CMS regulation that could impact these services.  Your responses will be anonymous. CMS is proposing a new regulation for states to require providers to attribute 80% of payment for Medicaid personal care services (include home care) under HCBS waivers to compensation: salary, wages, overtime, payroll taxes and certain benefits (health and dental benefits, sick leave and tuition reimbursement). The other 20% of the rate would pay for everything else.
