The International Association of Fire Chiefs has partnered with the USDA Forest Service, U.S. Department of the Interior and the National Association of State Foresters to provide you the opportunity to network with more than 1,000 of your peers – fire chiefs, company officers, firefighters, land use planners, military personnel and local, state and federal government representatives.

This is your opportunity to share your expertise, gain visibility, and enhance your professional growth. You are invited to share your knowledge with others who strive to master the skills necessary to protect themselves and the communities they serve.

Presentation Formats:
Roundtable Interactive Discussion
– This 60 minute session allows for in depth group discussion on specific topics. Presenters should include a 15 minute presentation on a specific topic with a plan for small group breakout topics, 20 minutes devoted to the small group discussions, 20 minutes for the small groups to present their findings and the final 5 minutes will allow the presenter to wrap-up the discussion.
Single or 2 Person Team Presentation – 1 or 2 presenters may offer a single or team presentation. Presentations of this type will be allowed 75 minutes to present the topic, with 15 minutes saved for questions.
Complete Session – This session is comprised of three individual presentations, SUBMITTED TOGETHER, with a common theme. A complete session is 90 minutes in length.
Panel– A 90 minute presentation which encourages interaction and discussion between the panelists and the audience. Panel presentations should include at least three panelist all speaking on different aspects of a particular topic.

All selected presenters will receive a complimentary conference registration admission. Presentations will take place on March 8 and 9 in Phoenix, Arizona. Presenters will receive a small stipend for their participation at the conference.
