TIWI Pilot Study Questionnaire - Students

Dear Student,

The self-assessment questionnaire which you will complete contains a series of items arranged in different scales. Your entries will help us guide you in the computer-supported learning environments offered by TIWI. Your entries will remain anonymous and they will be inserted and kept in a database with responses of other students involved in TIWI. These entries will allow us to offer you tailored feedback on important aspects that you need to pay attention to prior to and after your involvement in the educational interventions of TIWI. Please note that we need your responses for all items in a scale to be able to provide valid feedback.

Unless you have any objection, we will use the database with anonymized student data for research purposes to be able to support student performance in forthcoming educational interventions. No variation of the conditions above will occur unless further approval is requested and provided from you.

Please contact us at hovardas@ucy.ac.cy if you wish to be excluded from the research database or if you will need to learn any other detail concerning the self-assessment questionnaire of TIWI.
