Introduction and agreement
Welcome to Three Hands Insight's Lived Experts Research Community!
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Three Hands Insight's Lived Experts Research Community, or for being an existing member.
Being a member of the community means we may invite you to take part in different research activities, such as group discussions, 1-1 interviews or surveys, with the aim of helping businesses learn more about different customer experiences and how they can improve their products and services.
Getting to know you
Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions so we can learn about you and your circumstances. This questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and is made up of 7 sections.
We appreciate that some of the questions might feel a bit personal or even intrusive. Our intention is to build up an understanding of your circumstances and your lived experience so we can approach you with opportunities that are best suited to you.
Note that most questions have a ‘prefer not to say’ option in case you do not feel comfortable to share certain details. You may also take a break at any point during the questionnaire. Your answers will be saved after each section.

How we handle your information
The information you share will be saved confidentially and securely by Three Hands following the General Data Protection Regulations and the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
- Your information is stored in a secure, cloud-based community management platform - Recollective, and in secure, password-protected files within Three Hands.
- We use the information you provide to help us identify the most relevant opportunities for you to take part in.
- We will not share your individual responses with anyone outside of Three Hands. Any information shared outside of Three Hands, such as with businesses or for marketing purposes, will be anonymised and unidentifiable and will be about the community as a whole or sub-sections of this.
