This survey developed by the Sub-Committee on the Consolidation of Governmental Entities of the Issues Committee of the League of Women Voters of Illinois seeks to gather information on past, present, and future governmental consolidation efforts within Illinois. The survey itself should take two to fifteen minutes depending on how many governmental units are/were involved in consolidation in your League's area but it may necessitate gathering information, which may take more time.
